PRC released the results of Physical Therapist board examination. The said exam was held on February 1 and 2, 2009. The Philippine Professional Regulation Commission has announced that 335 out of 641 passed the Physical Therapy board exams.

The honorable members of the Philippine Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy for the year 2009 are Dr. Reynaldo R. Rey-Matias, chairman; Bernadette M. Reyes, Raul G. Agustin and Marylynn B. Querouz, members.

The oathtaking ceremony will be held before the Board of Physical and Occupational Therapy on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Sofitel Philippine Plaza Manila, Roxas Blvd., CCP Complex, Pasay City.

PRC released the results of Pharmacist board examination. The said exam was held on January 27 to 28, 2009. The Philippine Professional Regulation Commission has announced that 1,349 passed the 584 out of 1,042 passed the Pharmacist board exams.

The honorable members of the Philippine Board of Pharmacy for the year 2009 are Ms. Catalina C. Sanchez, chairwoman; Madam Jennifer M. Flores and Mr. Reynaldo Maxlito H. Umali, members.

PRC released the results of marine engineer officer board examination. The said exam was held on January 24 to 25 2009. The Philippine Professional Regulation Commission has announced that 1,349 passed the written phase of marine engineer officer board exams.

The composition of the Board for Marine Engineer Officers for the year 2009 are Engr. Jose G. Abugan, chairman; Engr. Miguel O. Marasigan, vice-chairman; Engr. Ferdinand R. Pascua, Engr. Victoriano A. Alojado, and Engr. Eldefonso G. Uba, Members.

The oathtaking ceremony will be held before the Board of Marine Engineer Officers on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 at 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Manila Hotel, One Rizal Park, Manila, Philippines.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 17,816 elementary teachers out of 58,471 examinees and 18,801 secondary teachers out of 53,195 examinees successfully passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (L.E.T) given by the Board for Professional Teachers on September 28, 2008 in 24 testing centers all over the Philippines. The Board for Professional Teachers is composed of Dr. Brenda B. Corpuz, Officer-In-Charge; Dr. Josefina T. Cunanan, Vice-Chairperson, Dr. Flordeliza P. Mayari and Dr. Norma A. Adamos, Members.

The results of examination with respect to three (3) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

Registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be announced later. The requirements for the issuance of Certificate of Registration and Professional Identification Card (ID) are the following: duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, latest Community Tax Certificate (Cedula); 1 piece 1” x 1” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), 2 pieces 2” x 2” picture (colored with white background and complete name tag), metered documentary stamp for the Oath Form; and the Initial Registration Fee of P600 and Annual Registration Fee of P450 for 2008-2011. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.
